Terms of Sales
Sale condition
Any purchase from Clarity is considered final as soon as your order is placed and your payment is made. If you change your mind before your order is sent by Clarity, it is possible to change your order. Any subsequent modification will be at your expense.
Orders are only picked up and prepared for pickup after payment has been received from Clarity.
International sales
The products sold by the Clarity online store are only available in Switzerland and Europe. For the rest of the world, please contact us by email info@clarityhomedetox.ch
Order delivery
Clarity has two collection / pickup points in Geneva (8 avenue du Devin du Village, 1203 Geneva) and Lausanne (28 rue Marterey, 1005 Lausanne).
If the product of your choice is in stock, your order will be available to Pickup upon receipt of your payment.
If you wish your order to be sent to you, the shipping costs will be added to your invoice. Delivery costs in Switzerland for purchases over CHF 250 are free. All orders are delivered by Swiss Post.
